quality problem

we shipped out 10000 products to our customer and customer found that there is problem with the products such as metal rusted,stained and the customer required to do a 100%inspection.now the customer required us to do the payment for the 100%inspection.my boss do not want to do it,how can i say?please help.thank you very much

Please be careful with the quality issues for the mechanical parts, or you would lose too much. Please kindly follow the advice and do a compromise with your customer, maybe 50% for each party. Then discuss with the customer and find the solution to the quality issue.
