What other charges does China imposes, if at all Jewelleries were imported into China?

Our partner in China plans to import Diamond Jewelleries into China from Malaysia. We plan to use the ACFTA scheme - means the jewelleries together with "Certificate Of Origin -FORM D" will be shipped to China. Under this ACFTA , the current rule is 0% duty for diamond jewelleries. What other charges does China imposes, if at all Jewelleries were imported into China? Is there GST, VAT or any thing else to consider?

Under ACFTA, there's no duty for Diamond Jewelleries - HS Code - 7113 19 11 1. What is consumption tax? What is the rate? 2. What is VAT rate? Is it 17% of the invoice value?
