The docs for export our hay to China?

We are Hay exporter in Australia. We start to export our hay to China from this September. We already export our hay to Japan and Korea. In this case, we need to have autorization from Aquis and create phyto certificate. Do you require the same certificate ? Or do you require any other docs? Could you please kindly advise us?
