Is it correct to assume that if a country is give MFN status, it will be given MFN tariff instead of the general import tariff into China?
Hi, is it correct to assume that if a country is give MFN status, it will be given MFN tariff instead of the general import tariff into China? So for example, if the general import tariff for a certain HS code is 20% and MFN tariff is 2%. The import duty will only be 2% for this product when importing into Indonesia? Thanks
