which HS code should we use when importing recycled PET into China.

Our company is importing recycled PET into China. 15% glass-filled; 85% straight/ recycled PET. As IV is only measurable with straight PET, we are at a loss of which HS code we should use when importing into China. Does the other two HS codes 39076019 & 39076090 has anything got to do with viscosity? Please also advise us which HS code to use. Thank you.
